From JFK to Chennai, and from Bangalore and back to the U.S., we wish to genuinely thank the entire Emirates Cargo staff & Mersantes, an international staff that was primarily coordinated and monitored from the JFK Office by Edward O’Neil, (“Eddie”), from the time of our JFK departure for great care and particular attention we received!

In Chennai, Anthony Gonsalves suffered under the heat of the sun, to secure our safety, and relentlessly advocate on our behalf with unreasonable demands of Custom’s agents.

In Bangalore, R. Nagendra, affectionately called “Nangi,” and Nibu Matthew personally saw to it, that every detail was prepared in advance and were genuinely supportive, hospitable and graceful to Cia my guardian, I and my mom, Precious- securing a smooth transition trip back home.

In Dubai, when immediate attention was necessitated there was Mr. Ithrath Usman who did not hesitate to provide equity and relief during our lay off, including other managers Mr. Usman immediately charged to secure our safety and comfort.

When Cia boarded off the plane,right at the door to the plane, was Eddie- JFK Emirates Cargo Manager and his team-with a wonderful smile saying, “We’ve got the Girls, Cia, They’re Good!” Cia moved with profound gratitude disciplined her tears, exhaled and thought, "We did it!" Cia knew it could have been nearly impossible without Emirates strong arm of support, but little did she expect, what the NY Emirates Cargo had awaiting for us. As the old saying goes a pic conveys a hundred words:
